The Department of cargo transportation of JSC ATMA Atyrau Airport and Transportation carries out work on the reception, dispatch and delivery of arrived cargo, mail and Luggage.According to the technology of the Department of freight transport in accordance with the Rules of the organization of passenger service at the airports of Kazakhstan approved by the government of Kazakhstan dated 31.12.2010 g №1512, job descriptions and documents regulating the production activities of the cargo Department.
Freight Department has a cargo warehouse located at the airport. The total area of 300m2. monthly processed cargo, mail and Luggage 450 tons. Cargo warehouse is open 24 hours a day. Reception and delivery of goods is carried out according to the technological process that regulates the work of the cargo warehouse.
The main task of the personnel of the freight Department is:
1) in the technological process of ground handling of baggage, cargo and mail at the international airport of Atyrau. When receiving Luggage, cargo and mail, attention is paid to packaging, labeling, dimensions.
2) operational and dispatching activities of the freight transportation Department
3) loading and unloading operations, loading and unloading operations with baggage, cargo and mail shall be carried out in accordance with the technological schemes of a particular type of aircraft. There are restrictions in the reception of heavy cargo on the aircraft is not equipped with ULD. Weight which should not exceed together with the pallet no more than 150 kg.
4) in the correct design documentation for flights.
5) service of all aircraft departing or arriving within the national and international flights to the airport of Atyrau.
6) delivery of customs cargo of international flights to temporary storage warehouses (TSW)
Receipt of goods from commercial warehouse:
1) to receive the goods from a commercial warehouse, it is necessary to present a power of attorney to receive the goods, which is valid upon presentation of an identity document.
2) Delivery of goods from a commercial warehouse is made after 2 hours from the time of arrival of the aircraft at the airport of Atyrau.
