Passengers can get comfortable service and check-in and other pre/post flight formalities of domestic or international flights in the comfortable CIP room. Passengers can use the bar, wireless Internet, read printed materials. They will be offered cha, coffee.

ON ARRIVAL:

CIP lounge agent meets passengers at the aircraft ramp and accompanies them to the comfortable CIP lounge on a dedicated transport. Passengers pass passport and customs control (international arrival), after which, they will be offered drinks while airport workers deliver Luggage.

ON A DEPARTURE:

CIP lounge agents check passengers in and assist with customs and passport control (on international flights). After that, passengers can relax in a cozy atmosphere, use the bar, wireless Internet and read printed materials. Drinks are available. As soon as the landing is announced, the CIP lounge agent accompanies passengers to the plane on a dedicated minibus

CIP passengers always have priority when boarding the plane and getting Luggage.

CIP room services can be used by both individuals and legal entities, for cash and non-cash payments.
Everyone can use the services of CIP hall without prior request on arrival or departure from Atyrau airport and pay for services at the CIP hall box office.

The cost of CIP hall services is:
Arrival - 20 000 tenge / pass
Departure - 20 000 tenge / pass
Children from 2 to 12 years-50% of the fare
